3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
3 cups potatoes, cubed and boiled until tender
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in chicken, potatoes, broccoli, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
5. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
7. Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese layer.
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
9. Let cool slightly before serving.
Add crumbled bacon or a drizzle of ranch dressing before serving.
Ensure frozen broccoli is thawed and drained well.
