1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp gochujang (for dip)
1 tsp lime juice
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix beef, crumbs, egg, and spices.
3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
5. Whisk mayo, gochujang, and lime juice.
6. Serve meatballs with dip.
Use lean beef for less grease.
Prepare dip ahead of time.
