A zesty and spicy 30-minute healthy Jalapeño Chicken skillet meal with a sweet honey-lime glaze.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken breasts, cubed

3 large jalapeños, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Sauté chicken in olive oil until golden brown.

2. Add garlic and jalapeños; cook until fragrant.

3. Whisk honey, soy sauce, and lime juice.

4. Pour glaze over chicken and simmer 5 minutes.

5. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.

Notes

Remove jalapeño seeds for a milder flavor.

Serve with jasmine or cauliflower rice.

Store leftovers in airtight container up to 4 days.
