Soft, chewy blondie bars swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar and topped with a rich cream cheese glaze. All the flavor of a cinnamon roll without the work!
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter (for swirl)
1/2 cup light brown sugar (for swirl)
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp milk
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk well.
4. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Spread 2/3 batter in lined pan.
6. Mix swirl ingredients.
7. Drop remaining batter and swirl on top.
8. Swirl with knife.
9. Bake 25–30 minutes.
10. Whisk glaze ingredients.
11. Drizzle over cooled bars.
Store in airtight container.
Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
Use parchment paper for easy removal.
