1 lb chicken breast, bite-sized
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
Oil for frying
Green onions for garnish
1. Soak chicken in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
2. Dredge chicken in flour and panko mixture.
3. Fry in hot oil (350°F) for 3-4 minutes until golden.
4. Whisk mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
5. Toss crispy chicken in the sauce.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Use an air fryer at 400°F for 12 minutes for a lighter version.
