A hearty and comforting one-pan meal featuring tender baby potatoes, savory smoked sausage, and melted cheddar cheese infused with ranch flavor.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs baby potatoes, cubed

14 oz smoked sausage, sliced

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Toss potatoes with oil and ranch seasoning.

3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 mins.

4. Add sliced sausage to the pan.

5. Bake for another 15 minutes.

6. Top with cheese and melt in the oven.

7. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Notes

Use beef or turkey sausage to suit dietary preferences.

Ensure potatoes are cut into uniform cubes for even cooking.
