1.5 lbs baby potatoes, cubed
14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss potatoes with oil and ranch seasoning.
3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 mins.
4. Add sliced sausage to the pan.
5. Bake for another 15 minutes.
