1 lb fresh baby spinach
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
2. Add spinach in batches, stirring until just wilted.
3. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
5. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Garnish with Parmesan and serve hot.
Use frozen spinach if fresh isn’t available, but squeeze dry first.
