2 large Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1. Peel and cut potatoes into sticks.
2. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
3. Drain and dry thoroughly with towels.
4. Toss potatoes with oil and all seasonings in a bowl.
5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
6. Place fries in basket in a single layer (work in batches).
7. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
8. Shake basket vigorously halfway through cooking.
9. Serve immediately when golden and crispy.
