Elegant and decadent chocolate cups filled with a light, airy raspberry mousse and topped with fresh berries. An impressive no-bake dessert for any occasion.
12 oz dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp chocolate cinnamon
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Melt dark chocolate chips and stir in cinnamon.
2. Coat the inside of muffin liners with melted chocolate and chill until firm.
3. Simmer raspberries and sugar into a jam, then strain and cool.
4. Whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
5. Fold the cooled raspberry jam into the whipped cream.
6. Peel liners off the chocolate cups.
7. Pipe mousse into the cups and garnish with fresh berries.
8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Use high-quality dark chocolate for the best snap.
Ensure the raspberry jam is completely cool before mixing with cream.
Keep refrigerated until the moment of serving.
