Ingredients

– 1 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
– 1 1/2 cups pecans, roughly chopped
– 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup fudge sauce
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and blind bake for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix pecans, melted chocolate, and fudge sauce until combined.
4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
5. Combine pecan-chocolate mixture with egg mixture.
6. Pour filling into prepared pie crust.
7. Bake for 40-50 minutes until set and crust is golden.
8. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
