A cheesy, bubbly, and incredibly simple one-pan dinner that uses chopped biscuits and savory beef pepperoni for the ultimate pizza experience.

Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits

1 1/2 cups pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup beef pepperoni slices

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 dish.

2. Chop biscuits into quarters.

3. Toss biscuit pieces with sauce, half the cheese, and half the pepperoni.

4. Spread mixture into the baking dish.

5. Top with remaining cheese, pepperoni, and seasonings.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use beef or turkey pepperoni to keep it pork-free.

Add bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
