1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine oats, chia seeds, and salt.
2. Add yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
3. Stir until well combined.
4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
