12 oz Chow Mein noodles
1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
3 green onions, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Cook noodles according to package and drain.
2. Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl.
3. Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil until golden; remove from pan.
4. Sauté garlic, ginger, cabbage, and carrots in remaining oil.
5. Add noodles and chicken back to the pan.
6. Pour sauce over and toss on high heat for 2 minutes.
