Crispy, golden-brown cauliflower florets seasoned to perfection. A delicious plant-based snack.
1 head cauliflower, florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Dipping sauce (ranch or buffalo)
1. Dry florets thoroughly.
2. Toss with oil and spices in a bowl.
3. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (195°C).
4. Place in a single layer in the basket.
5. Air fry 12–15 mins.
6. Shake basket every 5 mins.
7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Smaller florets get much crispier.
Don’t overcrowd the basket.
Reheat in air fryer to restore crunch.
