A gourmet sandwich featuring a parmesan-crusted crispy chicken breast, fresh romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing on a toasted brioche bun.

Ingredients

4 skinless chicken breasts

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup Caesar dressing

2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded

4 brioche buns

1 tomato, sliced

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness and season.

2. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then panko-parmesan mix.

3. Heat oil and fry chicken 4-5 mins per side until golden.

4. Toast the buns until light brown.

5. Toss lettuce with half of the Caesar dressing.

6. Spread dressing on buns and add tomato.

7. Place chicken on bun and top with Caesar salad.

8. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use gluten-free panko for a GF version.

Rest chicken on a wire rack to keep it crispy.

Make dressing from scratch for better flavor.
