– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 cup tomato sauce or salsa
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 cup black beans, rinsed
– 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend
– 6 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
