Ingredients
8 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup caramel bits
1 cup green candy melts
1/2 tablespoon apple pie spice
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup apple chips, chopped
1 cup roasted peanuts (optional)
1 cup mini pretzel twists (optional)
Instructions
1. Melt caramel bits and apple pie spice in microwave.
2. Pour caramel mixture over half of the Chex cereal and stir.
3. Melt candy melts and pour over remaining Chex cereal.
4. Add apple chips and peanuts to mixture as desired.
5. Divide into Ziplock bags, add powdered sugar, and shake to coat.
6. Combine, mix gently, and serve.
Notes
Store in airtight container up to 7 days.
Use granola for extra crunch.
