A crunchy, no-bake snack mix made with Rice Chex cereal, melted white chocolate, and crushed Oreo cookies.
9 cups Rice Chex cereal
12 oz white chocolate chips
15 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1 cup powdered sugar
1.Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
2.Place cereal in a large bowl and pour melted chocolate over it.
3.Gently toss until cereal is evenly coated.
4.In a large bag, mix crushed Oreos and powdered sugar.
5.Add cereal to the bag and shake until fully coated.
6.Spread on parchment paper to cool.
Use gluten-free cookies for a GF version.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Freeze for a colder, crunchier snack.
