– 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
– 3 cups beef broth
– 2 cups diced carrots

– 1 tsp dried rosemary
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1. Chop all vegetables and cube beef.
2. Brown beef in a skillet (optional).
3. Add beef, vegetables, broth, tomato paste, and spices to crockpot.
