Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
10 oz white chocolate melting wafers
12 large marshmallows, halved
24 mini peanut butter cups
Orange sprinkles (for nose)
Black gel icing
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
4. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Roll into balls and bake 8-10 mins.
6. Cool completely.
7. Melt white chocolate and spoon on cookies.
8. Top with marshmallow head and PB cup hat.
9. Decorate face with sprinkles and icing.
Notes
Ensure cookies are cool before decorating.
Store in a single layer.
Use creamy peanut butter for best texture.
