1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy.
3. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
4. Whisk dry ingredients and combine with wet mixture.
5. Fold in chopped Butterfinger pieces.
6. Scoop 2-tbsp balls onto baking sheet.
