9 cups Rice Chex Cereal
2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup powdered sugar
1. Place cereal in a large mixing bowl.
2. Combine powdered sugar and dry pudding mix in a gallon bag; shake to mix.
3. Melt white chocolate and butter in the microwave until smooth.
4. Stir almond extract into the melted chocolate.
5. Pour chocolate over cereal and fold gently to coat.
6. Add coated cereal to the bag and shake until fully covered.
Use ‘Instant’ pudding only.
Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
