Ingredients

Scale

3-4 lbs Beef Ribs

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1 tbsp Smoked paprika

1 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Onion powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black pepper

1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar

1.5 cups Barbecue sauce

1/2 cup Beef broth

Instructions

1. Mix the dry rub ingredients in a bowl.

2. Coat the ribs thoroughly with the spice mixture.

3. Place ribs in the slow cooker and add vinegar and broth.

4. Cook on Low for 7-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.

5. Remove ribs and place on a baking sheet.

6. Brush with BBQ sauce and broil for 3-5 minutes.

Notes

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.

Use a foil-lined tray for easy cleanup after broiling.

Pairs perfectly with coleslaw and corn on the cob.
