Tender, fall-off-the-bone beef ribs slow-cooked to perfection with a smoky dry rub and a sticky BBQ glaze.
3-4 lbs Beef Ribs
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tbsp Smoked paprika
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1.5 cups Barbecue sauce
1/2 cup Beef broth
1. Mix the dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
2. Coat the ribs thoroughly with the spice mixture.
3. Place ribs in the slow cooker and add vinegar and broth.
4. Cook on Low for 7-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
5. Remove ribs and place on a baking sheet.
6. Brush with BBQ sauce and broil for 3-5 minutes.
7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.
Use a foil-lined tray for easy cleanup after broiling.
