Ingredients
– 1 (3 oz) box strawberry or cherry Jello
– 1 cup boiling water
– 1/2 cup cold water
– 12 canned lychees
– 12 blueberries
– Whipped cream (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Dissolve Jello mix in 1 cup boiling water.
2. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water
3. Stuff each lychee with a blueberry to create eyeballs.
4. Place one eyeball in each shot cup.
5. Pour Jello mixture over to cover eyeball.
6. Refrigerate for 4 hours until firm.
7. Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.
Notes
Prepare up to 3 days in advance. For a kid-friendly version, replace vodka with fruit juice. Add grenadine for an extra bloody look.
