1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (GF if needed)
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
1. Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a large bowl.
2. Fold in the protein powder and oats until a thick dough forms.
