2 cups High-Protein Pancake Mix
1 1/4 cups Water or Milk
1 Large Egg
1 lb Cooked Ground Chicken or Turkey Sausage, crumbled
2 tbsp Real Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease mini muffin tin.
2.Whisk pancake mix, liquid, egg, and syrup until smooth.
3.Fold in cooked sausage crumbles and cinnamon.
4.Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
5.Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
6.Cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin.
Use silicone tins for easy removal.
Freeze up to 3 months in airtight bags.
Serve with extra maple syrup for dipping.
