2 1/4 cups warm water (110°F)
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1. Activate yeast in warm sugar water for 10 minutes.
2. Mix in oil, salt, and flour until dough forms.
3. Knead dough for 8 minutes until smooth.
4. Let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
5. Shape into loaves and rise for 40 minutes.
