Tender chicken breasts slow-cooked in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze. Perfect for easy family dinners.
2 lbs chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
1.Place chicken in crock pot.
2.Mix honey, soy, garlic, ketchup, and ginger; pour over.
3.Cook on Low 6 hours.
4.Remove chicken.
5.Whisk cornstarch/water into pot; thicken on High.
6.Shred chicken and return to sauce.
Use thighs for more juice.
Freeze up to 3 months.
Serve with rice or broccoli.
