These Gooey S’mores Rolls are a warm, flaky, and decadent twist on the classic campfire treat, featuring melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows.

Ingredients

1 tube (8 oz) crescent roll dough

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a pan with parchment.

2. Separate dough into triangles and sprinkle with graham crumbs.

3. Place marshmallows and chocolate chips at the wide end.

4. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the point.

5. Brush with melted butter and top with remaining crumbs.

6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.

7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving hot.

Notes

Use fresh marshmallows for the best melt.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Reheat in an air fryer for 2 minutes to restore crunch.
