Fluffy, high-protein bagels made with cottage cheese, garlic, and parmesan. No yeast required and ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (2% or full fat)

1 cup self-rising flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.

2. Mix cottage cheese and flour in a bowl until dough forms.

3. Add garlic powder and half the parmesan into the dough.

4. Shape into 4 bagels and place on the sheet.

5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle remaining parmesan.

6. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.

7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
