Ingredients

1 cup creamy almond butter

2 large eggs

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 pan.

2.Whisk almond butter, eggs, syrup, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

3.Stir in protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

4.Fold in most chocolate chips.

5.Pour into pan and sprinkle remaining chips on top.

6.Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set.

7.Cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Use a drippy natural nut butter for the best texture.

Do not overbake to keep them fudgy.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze.
