Lean and juicy turkey meatballs seasoned with Italian herbs, perfectly seared in the air fryer.

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices.

2. Shape into 1-inch balls.

3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

4. Place meatballs in a single layer.

5. Air fry 10–12 mins.

6. Shake basket halfway through.

7. Serve with marinara or pesto.

Notes

Do not overmix the meat.

Avoid 99% lean turkey to prevent dryness.

Perfect for pasta or healthy sub sandwiches.
