Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed

4 tbsp unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup beef broth

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1.Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2.Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

3.Sear steak in batches for 2 minutes per side.

4.Reduce heat and add butter and minced garlic.

5.Stir in beef broth and half of the parmesan.

6.Toss steak bites in the sauce until coated.

7.Serve hot topped with remaining parmesan and parsley.

Notes

Use a cast iron skillet for the best sear.

Freshly grate your parmesan for a smoother sauce.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the garlic butter.
