These Shrimp Crab Alfredo Roll Ups are the ultimate seafood comfort food. Lasagna noodles are filled with a rich mixture of ricotta, succulent shrimp, and sweet lump crab meat, then rolled up and baked in a homemade creamy garlic Alfredo sauce. Perfect for a special dinner or a cozy family meal.

12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente

1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

8 oz lump crab meat, picked over for shells

15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: Nutmeg, pinch

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and lay flat.

3. Mix ricotta, egg, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, shrimp, crab, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

4. Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.

5. Add heavy cream, simmer for 3-5 minutes.

6. Whisk in 1.5 cups parmesan until melted and smooth.

7. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish.

8. Spread filling onto noodles, roll up tight, and place seam-side down in the dish.

9. Top with remaining sauce and 1 cup mozzarella.

10. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

11. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce.

Dry shrimp thoroughly before adding to filling to prevent wateriness.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
