Easy slow cooker Mississippi Pot Roast made with tender chuck roast, ranch seasoning, au jus mix, butter, and pepperoncini peppers.
3 lb chuck roast
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6–8 pepperoncini peppers
2 tbsp pepperoncini juice (optional)
1. Place roast in slow cooker.
2. Add seasonings.
3. Top with butter and peppers.
4. Cook on LOW 8 hours.
5. Shred and serve.
Use chuck roast for best tenderness.
