Creamy, velvety peanut butter and cream cheese truffles that require zero baking and only a few simple ingredients.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate (optional for coating)
1. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla until combined.
3. Slowly add powdered sugar and crumbs.
4. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
5. Roll into 1-inch balls.
6. Dip in melted chocolate if desired.
7. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
