A refreshing, layered dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberries.
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1.5 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
16 oz Whipped Topping
1.5 lbs Fresh Strawberries, sliced
1.Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9×13 dish and chill.
2.Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
3.Fold in 8 oz of whipped topping and vanilla extract into the cheese mixture.
4.Spread half of the mixture over the crust, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
5.Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and then the rest of the whipped topping.
6.Decorate the top with remaining strawberries and refrigerate for 4-6 hours before serving.
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
Pat strawberries dry after washing to prevent a soggy dessert.
For best results, chill overnight to allow the layers to set firmly.
