1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
2 tbsp lemon juice (for glaze)
1.Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan.
2.Whisk melted butter and sugar in a bowl.
3.Add eggs, lemon juice, and zest; mix well.
4.Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
5.Spread into pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
6.Cool, glaze, and slice.
