Flaky, tender salmon fillets with a crispy seasoned crust, ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Lemon wedges

Instructions

1. Pat salmon completely dry.

2. Rub with oil and spice mixture.

3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

4. Place fillets skin-side down.

5. Air fry for 8–10 mins.

6. Serve with fresh lemon juice.

Notes

Dry skin is the secret to crispiness.

Internal temp should reach 145°F.

Excellent for quick healthy meal prep.
