This Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark is the ultimate sweet and salty treat. Crunchy pretzels, buttery toffee caramel, and smooth chocolate come together in an easy, addictive snack perfect for parties or gifting.
4 cups mini pretzels (twists or snaps)
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp flaky sea salt (or to taste)
1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Spread pretzels in an even layer on the baking sheet.
3.Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add brown sugar.
4.Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes without stirring.
5.Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
6.Pour caramel immediately over pretzels.
7.Bake for 5 minutes until bubbly.
8.Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
