28 oz Beef Lil’ Smokies links

1 cup dark brown sugar

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp red chili flakes

Instructions

1. Place beef links in the slow cooker.

2. Whisk sugar, juice, and spices in a bowl.

3. Pour the mixture over the sausages.

4. Add the pineapple chunks and stir gently.

5. Cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours.

6. Serve hot with party picks.

Notes

Use beef-only links for a pork-free version.

Dark brown sugar provides a deeper glaze color.
