A creamy, no-bake tropical fudge featuring the iconic flavors of pineapple, cherries, and walnuts in every bite.
3 cups white chocolate chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp pineapple extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt white chocolate and milk in microwave.
3. Stir in extracts and salt.
4. Fold in pineapple, nuts, and half the cherries.
5. Pour into pan and top with remaining cherries.
6. Chill for 2-4 hours until firm.
7. Slice into squares and serve.
Ensure pineapple is very well-drained to prevent soft fudge.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Freeze for longer storage up to 3 months.
