1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced
2 cups cooked Mexican yellow rice
1 cup white queso dip
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
1.Season chicken with spices.
