1 lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, sliced
2 sticks celery, chopped
4 cups beef broth
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Sauté onion, carrots, and celery in olive oil.
2.Add ground beef and brown; drain fat.
3.Stir in garlic, then add broth, tomatoes, and spices.
4.Simmer for 20 minutes.
5.Add macaroni and cook until tender.
