A moist and decadent quick bread featuring a rich cream cheese filling and a sweet caramel swirl.

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

4 large eggs

1/2 cup caramel topping

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two loaf pans.

2. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.

3. Beat in eggs and vanilla one at a time.

4. Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.

6. Layer 1/4 batter in each pan and top with caramel.

7. Add remaining batter and swirl with a knife.

8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smooth batter.

Do not over-swirl to keep the layers distinct.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
