A decadent and comforting bread pudding made from leftover cinnamon rolls soaked in a rich vanilla custard and topped with a sweet glaze.

Ingredients

8-10 large cinnamon rolls, cubed

4 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup cream cheese frosting (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 dish.

2. Place cubed cinnamon rolls in the prepared dish.

3. Whisk eggs, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.

4. Pour mixture over rolls and press down to soak.

5. Let sit for 10-20 minutes.

6. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 40 minutes.

7. Let cool slightly and drizzle with icing.

Notes

Use stale rolls for better custard absorption.

Make it overnight by refrigerating before baking.

Add pecans or raisins for extra texture.
