4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin

8 slices turkey ham

4 slices Swiss cheese

4 brioche buns

1/4 cup honey mustard

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Season chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until done.

4. Top each breast with turkey ham and Swiss cheese.

5. Cover for 1 minute until the cheese melts.

6. Toast buns until golden brown.

7. Spread honey mustard on buns and assemble.

8. Serve hot immediately.

Notes

Use turkey ham for a pork-free version.
