A bold, flavor-packed 20-minute stir-fry featuring tender chicken and a zesty sweet chili glaze.
8 oz noodles (Hokkien or Rice)
1 lb chicken breast, bite-sized
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp sesame oil
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
1. Cook noodles according to package; drain.
2. Sear chicken in sesame oil until golden; set aside.
3. Stir-fry bell peppers and broccoli for 3 minutes.
4. Add ginger and garlic for 30 seconds.
5. Return chicken and noodles to the pan.
6. Pour in sweet chili and soy sauce; toss to coat.
7. Garnish and serve hot.
Substitute tofu for a vegetarian version.
