Elegant bite-size Medjool dates filled with tangy goat cheese, crunchy nuts, and a light honey drizzle for a quick, refined appetizer.

1620 Medjool dates, pitted

4 oz goat cheese, softened

1/41/3 cup walnut pieces

23 tsp warm honey

Pinch flaky sea salt

Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Slit and pit dates.

2. Fill with softened goat cheese.

3. Top with walnut pieces.

4. Drizzle with warm honey.

5. Finish with flaky salt and optional chili.

Notes

Serve room temp or gently warmed.

Swap walnuts for pistachios or pine nuts.
