A crispy, tangy, and sweet Orange Chicken recipe that is better than takeout and ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed

1 cup cornstarch

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup orange juice

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp ginger, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Coat chicken in eggs then cornstarch.

2. Fry chicken in hot oil until crispy and golden.

3. Whisk sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer.

4. Toss crispy chicken in the thickened sauce and serve.

Notes
